CHALLENGE YOURSELF
On Thursday, October 25th 2018, students from BCS Elementary School and High School presented their work at the Franz-Mett-Halle to participate in the TEDx Youth Berlin event. This year's theme of the event, hosted by the Berlin Cosmopolitan School, was "Challenge yourself". The audience was given the opportunity to listen to a variety of interesting and important topics such as "Defining racism", "The environment when I am old", "How old is old enough?" or "How to miss someone".
TEDx Youth Berlin was a great success thanks to all the courageous speakers on stage and the many helping hands that made this event possible. Many students had already asked their teachers when the next TEDx Talk would take place, so that they could then present their topics. Congratulations and a big thank you to all the speakers of the primary and secondary school and their trainers, Mr. Carter and Mr. Thach, as well as to who all who helped backstage!
